Find your clarity with smudging. Smudge sticks are bundles of herbs bound together by twine. The tradition goes back thousands of years, and is used to ward off negative energies, prevent illness and to cleanse a person, or space.
I use smudge bundles daily as to start fresh with new positive intentions.

Care information
When lighting smudge sticks, light one end and blow out any flame so that your smudge stick smokes. You want to create movement with your smudge sticks to help cleanse your space. Once you are done with your smudge stick, gently put it out in a tray or bowl to contain the ashes.
